Mulamwah's Announcement and Reflections

Mulamwah confirmed his resignation through a public statement, saying:
"End of show konki. I quit. It was a nice run. We finally part ways with Milele FM and Mediamax Networks Ltd. Contract came to an end, and we could not agree on renewal terms."

Despite the split, he expressed gratitude towards his colleagues and the management for the opportunity, acknowledging that he had gained valuable experience. He also reassured his fans that he would remain active in the entertainment industry through other platforms.

New Projects on the Horizon

Mulamwah is not stepping away from the public eye. He has announced plans to launch a new YouTube show and a stand-up comedy special with limited tickets available. These projects are part of his broader vision to expand his brand beyond traditional radio.

Previous Attempt to Leave and His Radio Journey

Mulamwah had previously considered quitting in August 2023 due to similar contractual disagreements with Milele FM. At that time, he shared his frustration about the scope of work and contract terms that did not align with his expectations.

His journey at Milele FM began in May 2022, fulfilling his long-time dream of being on the radio. Upon joining, he shared an inspirational message with his fans:
"God is great, finally on radio - Milele FM. It has always been my dream to one day be on radio. Thanks to all Konki fans who always believed in me and supported me in my craft from scratch."

Mulamwah encouraged his supporters to pursue their passions regardless of criticism and external opinions.

Fan Reactions and Industry Impact

Mulamwah's resignation has elicited mixed reactions from fans. While some expressed disappointment over his exit, many supported his decision and wished him success in his future endeavors.

With his growing influence as a comedian and digital content creator, Mulamwah's next steps will be closely watched by his fans and industry stakeholders. His upcoming YouTube show and stand-up special are expected to mark the beginning of a new chapter in his career.
